Send an evidence correction

Include the Uganda Odds page address, the sentence that needs review, the date you checked it and the strongest available source. For an NLGRB issue, link to the regulator record or provide a redacted copy showing the company, trade name, website and licence reference. For a cashier change, show the account country and UGX context without exposing the wallet number.

Choose a clear subject

  • Licence correction — company, brand, domain or NLGRB record;
  • Payment correction — MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, limit or withdrawal route;
  • Privacy request — a message or technical record connected with you;
  • Site issue — broken link, accessibility or display problem.

Never send a password, one-time code, mobile-money PIN, card details, full identity document or unredacted account statement.

Operator and regulator disputes

Uganda Odds cannot enter an operator account, cancel a bet, release a withdrawal or act as a claims handler. First obtain a written response and support reference from the operator. If current NLGRB jurisdiction applies, use the Uganda complaint evidence checklist and confirm the submission channel on the regulator’s own site.

The Editorial Policy explains how a correction is compared with the original source, applied to the affected page and checked against its language counterpart. A material correction receives a page note and update date; historical evidence keeps its observation date. We cannot promise an individual reply, fixed response time or dispute outcome.
