Quick answer: an NLGRB row, the exact destination domain, a 25+ account control and a working mobile-money route are separate checks. This register keeps them separate.

Use “source checked” for documentary findings, “seen in cashier” for a recorded account observation and “tested” only for a documented completed test. A proposed test protocol is not a result.
Downloads
The August snapshot contains its own per-record observation dates; the filename identifies the snapshot version, not a new check of every record. The complete NLGRB files are a separate dated dataset. Neither download is a real-money test log.
