Uganda Odds privacy record

Uganda Odds does not create betting accounts or collect stakes. This page identifies the limited information generated when the site loads, a sponsored destination is selected or the research desk receives an email.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. The site does not intentionally put a bookmaker password, wager history, deposit value or mobile-money PIN into an affiliate-click event.

Data we do not need

Do not send an MTN MoMo or Airtel Money PIN, one-time code, card number, complete identity document or unredacted account statement. If a screenshot is necessary for a correction, cover the name, telephone number, account identifier, balance and transaction reference unless that field is essential.

Leaving Uganda Odds

Operator and source links lead to separate services. Their registration, cookies, KYC and payment processing are governed by their own notices. Uganda Odds does not control those systems and does not receive a complete copy of an operator account.

Email hello (at) ugandaodds.com with the subject Privacy request and enough context to locate your message. The address is not a clickable link so Cloudflare does not create an email-protection crawl path. Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal claims. The date above changes when this processing description materially changes.

Affiliate click measurement — update 11 September 2026

This site now uses a first-party counter for clicks on sponsored links. It records the site, page path without query parameters, operator, placement, destination hostname, campaign label, time and a random ID for that single event. This counter uses no cookies or persistent visitor ID and records the visitor IP address in its dedicated log and sends that IP to IPinfo to estimate the country. No referrer, browser details or form contents are recorded. It respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Daily logs are retained for 30 rotations; quiet days can extend that calendar period. Imported events remain in the protected reporting database until deleted by the operator. Reports exclude marked tests and do not measure registrations or deposits. Existing analytics, infrastructure security logs and external operator policies remain separate. For questions, use this site’s published contact channel.

A separate page-level counter measures visible page loads, selected tool or app-source actions, internal brand links and sponsored clicks. It uses a random identifier held only for that page, a narrow/wide screen label and a broad origin category (search, internal, other or unknown), without recording the referring URL. It stores no cookies, persistent identifiers, form values or IP in this separate log. DNT/GPC and the same 30-rotation retention apply. A page load or action is not a person, completed download, registration or deposit.
