#2 — Betwinner: checkable Curaçao licence, no NLGRB match found
Betwinner’s official terms identify Prevailer B.V. and Curaçao licence OGL/2024/341/0759, granted 28 March 2025. We did not find Betwinner or Prevailer in the NLGRB list dated 15 May 2026.

Linebet exposes public terms, KYC, payout and bonus sections, but we could not independently verify a current public certificate for the exact domain. The brand was not found in the Uganda list reviewed. That evidence gap places it fourth.

Why fixed bonus rankings were removed
The earlier page ranked operators partly by fixed percentages and UGX caps. Those country-specific values were not reproduced in logged-in Uganda cashiers on the current review date.
