Melbet’s official terms identify Pelican Entertainment B.V. and the Curaçao licence. The official Uganda 2026 licensed-company list does not show Melbet or Pelican in the version reviewed. A Curaçao licence does not establish NLGRB authorisation.
Three operator requirements to check before choosing a bonus
Melbet’s published bonus terms, read on 14 September 2026, require a completed personal profile and the “Take part in Bonus offers” setting in My Account. Its first-deposit guide also requires SMS verification of the phone number. These are prerequisites; typing ml7000 does not complete them.

The guide explicitly says wagering requirements vary by country. Its published country table does not provide an Uganda amount, so it cannot establish a UGX cap or multiplier for ml7000. The public guide also uses a different campaign code; its advertised enhancement is not our offer.
14 September campaign-route check
Our Uganda-tagged partner link preserved its campaign tag on the way to Melbet, then showed an access page before the registration form from our checking connection. We did not observe a prefilled code, an acceptance response or a Ugandan account. This does not establish what a reader sees on a local connection. Check the code and the attached offer on the form that opens for you.
New account, existing account and when to enter ml7000
For a new account, inspect any promo option provided during registration before submitting the relevant step or accepting an offer. If there is a code field, enter ml7000 without spaces. If the campaign link applies an offer automatically, check its identity and rules; do not assume that every registration method has the same field.
Already have a Melbet account? Sign in and check whether the promotion accepts existing customers or later attachment. Do not open a second account to reuse a welcome offer. The rollover is betting volume, not a fee. A headline can look large while the required turnover is much larger than the player’s normal budget.

Deposit, bonus and turnover: a hypothetical UGX example
Illustration only — these invented numbers are not Melbet’s offer. Suppose a deposit is UGX 20,000, a hypothetical 50% match has a UGX 15,000 cap, and wagering is 4× the bonus. The example bonus is min(20,000×50%,15,000) = UGX 10,000 and bonus-only wagering is 10,000×4 = UGX 40,000.
If the same 4× instead applies to deposit plus bonus, the volume is (20,000+10,000)×4 = UGX 120,000. Wagering is qualifying betting volume, not another deposit or guaranteed winnings. Funds may be lost; odds, market exclusions and expiry must be checked separately. Enter the actual terms in the linked calculator, not these teaching figures.
If the code is rejected or the offer looks different
Check the code spelling and the terms shown with the form. An offer can have account, date, country, currency or payment conditions; read the actual eligibility rule instead of assuming that another person’s screenshot applies to you. Do not create an additional account or make a larger deposit to force acceptance.
Save the offer name, date and relevant terms if you need official support to explain a mismatch. If no offer is visible, you can decline the promotion rather than relying on a headline. Uganda Odds has not verified a universal UGX bonus amount for this campaign.
MTN MoMo and Airtel Money
A bonus code does not prove that either wallet appears for deposits or withdrawals. In the authenticated cashier, record:
- method name and payment processor;
- live minimum, maximum and fee;
- whether the wallet holder must match the betting-account name;
- whether the same wallet can receive a payout;
- KYC still required before withdrawal.
Use the MTN MoMo checklist and Airtel Money checklist for the evidence record. Never approve an unexpected prompt or share a wallet PIN or one-time code.
